3-5 years of Java development experience in a web based environment.

Strong experience with open source technologies including web containers such as Tomcat and Apache.
Excellent agile development experience including automated testing, continuous integration and iterative development.

Experience of using a source control repository such as SVN or Git.
Strong design pattern experience and some architectural experience.
End to end project lifecycle experience from systems design to application support.

Experience in the following would be advantageous:
