Responsible to design, develop and maintain reporting solutions and key reports, custom dashboards and analysis utilizing a variety of of reporting tools, i.e., WebTrends and SQL, to ensure the needs of the customer are being met. Analyze website performance, trends and click stream path analysis activity to provide data driven business insights leading to fundamental improvements to the customers' website experience.Conducts analysis and drives out requirements for reporting solutions.Conduct ad-hoc traffic, sales and testing analysis of the website.Develop best practice approaches for analyzing user behavior on the website.Provide 'state of the business' reporting, performing detailed analysis to meet the needs of the business, including providing explanation of impact to the business.</p> </p> <p> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in web analytics. Plus 5+ years experience in web analytics, preferrably with WebTrends or Omniture.</p> </p> <p> <p>Thorough knowledge, understanding and experience with web analytics, web metrics, data tagging, site measurement tools and running reports using SQL.</p> <p>Demonstrated proficiency working with WebTrends (preferred), or Omniture.</p> <p>Ability to pull, export and integrate data utilizing various tools, i.e., SQL.</p> <p>Exhibit high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.</p> <p>Must have working knowledge and understanding of web best practices and apply to work performed.</p> <p>Advanced skills in MS Excel with significant experience with data manipulation and analysis.</p> <p>Database query writing skills, i.e., SQL, Access.
