Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Owner of a business domain
  • Requirements analysis
  • Verification of product detail specifications
  • Design of application enhancements and new features
  • Implementation in Java/XML/XSLT/XQuery
  • Building on and extending Java/XML based framework
  • Reporting to the Head of Application Engineering

 

In order to secure this position, candidates should have the following background:

 

  • Experience in a financial environment preferably in the alternative investment area
  • Experience in Java and XML engineering
  • Experience in Object Oriented Design
  • Java Swing experience
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem/business analysis skills
  • Customer oriented problem solving attitude
  • English, fluently spoken and written
  • Strong team player
