Head of IT Operations (application, suppliers, infrastructure, incident, wealth, finance)

My customer are an international financial organisation

Tasks
Role as Line Manager: responsibility of 70-100 people
Provides IT Services to all company division
Coaches direct reports in implementing lean and professional IT processes and services
Responsible to Manage IT Operations, Application Management, Engineering, Projects, Suppliers and the Service Management of the IT Division

Skills
English and German (spoken and written)
Strong IT Process Know How in the banking area
Team player, doer type of person

Required Experience
Technical education
Experience in technology area of financial companies within a similar role min. 15 years
Stress resistant in case of emergencies
Involvement in new projects in order to shape operational requirements
Continuous improvement of operational processes/efficiency
