247staff are currently working with a internationally recognised publishers who are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support technician.

The 1st Line Support Technician will be responsible for resolving all customer queries relating to problems when installing CDROM and online products. They will also be responsible for the testing of new products before launch.

The purpose of this position is to provide excellent first line support to all ICT customers and to ensure any new technologies are integrated into my clients internal systems.

Experience in as many as the following areas is desirable:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows 98, 2000, XP
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
