System Manager - Windows

For one of my client in Geneva, I am looking for a strong Windows System Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Provide my client with the best practices of systems management in all aspects of its IT systems, Servers, data, in order to offer a high information and business applications availability and recovery, through my clients network.
• Manage IT systems, ensuring that they function effectively, that they are upgraded efficiently and that daily proactive support is provided.
• Supervise the daily and routine management of my client's systems Ensure active support to users in the daily utilisation of my clients systems and desktops, helpdesk.

Profile:

• Solid technical background and minimum 5 years experience with Windows 2003 server, Exchange 2003, Active Directory
• Microsoft certification required
• Good technical background with ESX VMware 3.5, HA and VMware tools
• Experience in production environment/Data Center in Switzerland
• Deep knowledge of system management (backup, SAN, NAS, NetApp (Metro Cluster)
• Preferably background in banking environment
• Good command of Net Backup/EVM system
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Problem solving skills, sound judgement, reliable
• Services and team oriented
• Effective communication skills French and English.
