Website & SEO Consultant Based at: Darwin Recruitment Head Office Job Function: Darwin is looking to recruit a talented technical Website & SEO Consultant to undertake the below tasks and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1. Deliver all technical aspects of a maintaining and developing multiple and international websites 2. Create a revenue generating website 3. Delivering online PR & marketing campaigns to increase awareness 4. Analysis and critique of Darwin's websites ie SEO performance, Conversion Audits, Blogging, PR, Marketing etc Perform regular competitors analysis of other recruitment websites 5. High level of knowledge of SEO including indexing capabilities and ranking methods 6. Online sector and competitor analysis 7. Usability and design considerations 8. Devising link building strategies 9. Devising and implementing Social Network Strategy 10. Implementation of SEO strategy 11. Extend and integrate web content 12. Provide instructions for site optimisation through articulate communication written and conference 13. Evolve strategies to continually improve sites performance 14. Construct a company bespoke HTML News Letter Design Candidate Requirements: 1. Excellent digital marketing experience 2. Good communication skills 3. Commercial awareness of Search in the context of marketing plans 4. Website development including usability and conversion issues 5. Appreciation of Dynamic websites and their impact on SEO 6. Appreciation of web analytics and techniques 7. An almost warped interest in Online Marketing 8. Minimal 18 months experience in house or agency 9. Flexible attitude to the role 10. Willing to work with other team members to achieve the aims and objectives of the organisation as required. Education: Degree and/or A-Level education within IT, Computer science or Digital Marketing. Salary: £18-21K Start Date: 1st September 2011
