2 Technical Support Engineers are required by my client, a rapidly expanding financial company for their offices located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. Responsibilities include: Working within a team of 24*7 engineers you will be monitoring online systems; Monitoring offline processes and systems, export, matching; Develop procedures to support monitoring; Creating and resolving trouble tickets; Investigating problems by looking in monitoring tools. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 years experience within a similar support orientated environment and have a good understanding of Unix, Linux and SQL. Any experience with network, web or Java environments would be a big bonus. English is a must, any other language skills would be highly beneficial.
