About Us
Jobforweb is a social media site dedicated to the web industry. Job-for-Web aims to collect and organize jobs opportunity from across the world. The ultimate goal of Jobforweb is to, hopefully, list an huge amount of web-related jobs available into neat and easy to navigate pages of categorie, for everyone, for free.
The History of Jobforweb
Jobforweb started with a goal of simplifying and removing the frustrations associated with seeking web-related jobs available on the web.
- Monster’s Shortfall
While Monster provides a wonderful way to look for a job, we feel that they have yet to provide enough depth in the content they organize. With no specific and clear subcategories of its own, the “IT” category has become an unorganized dump of everything, they make it more difficult for me to find the more specific content we are interested in finding. This can become time consuming and frustrating. - Where do I start?
There are many websites that offer online job seeking features, but none seems to be by the job-seeker side. We need jobs cleary organized, easy to find, without any registration, without fee. And now it's real, all here and all neatly organized for an easy access and quick find. - Jobforweb is Better for Publishers
As Monster becomes more and more cluttered, it becomes increasingly difficult for niche publishers to use Monster as a source of exposure. With Jobforweb, publishers will receive maximum exposition in their specific category. The Jobforweb subcategories make it even more likely that a publishers content will be not only read but picked up by other distribution channels through our category specific RSS feeds. We have and will continue to do everything we can to ensure that the most helpful and most relevent web related jobs make it onto the screens of the readers and visitors who are most interested in it.
